Learning Languages and Internet Polyglots

Nowadays there are a lot of people learning new languages with internet resources. If you're a language student you probably found some internet polyglots on the web.  The most of them with a big talent to teach you some techniques on language learning and  I guess you feel very excited to watch theirs videos and reading their blog's post. I personally really like to watch Steve Kaufmann videos on youtube. He is a canadian polyglot, his method is quite simple and I think almost everyone can take benefit of it (for more information about Steve visit https://www.youtube.com/user/lingosteve. He also has a blog www.thelinguist.com). But there´s something you have to notice. Don´t turn these content in disadvantage on your learning. Some people which are beginners on language learning start to follow these brillant polyglots and become to feel dismotivated. Maybe some people think that they can't learn like them, or so fast like them. I study English for some time and have quite a busy life but I try to enjoy every little progress I do. Sometimes I think I would like to see myself in a more advanced level but I keep going. Maybe I'm doing a lot of mistakes on this text but we cant be so cruel with ourselves, we have to enjoy what we have learned, and respect our time to absorb the language in order to not stop the learning process. I have a goal to become fluent in English and on other languages I know I´ll need time to do that. I'll keep going, I hope you'll keep going through your learning travel too!
